I have a roof that leaks which Otero & Sons Roofing Corp installed in
It is obvious this has been going on for some time (and in my opinion should have been covered under warrantyTime has passed so I accept I will have to pay and did so on 7/14/2015)The company sent someone out to give me an estimate for "Leak above the garage - Otero will remove shingles above the leak and re-seal all wall flashing and valley flashing as needed"The company sent an individual (and a young man to act as an interpreter since he could not speak or understand English)He did look in my attic for the leak (not on the side where the leak is), then he took a hammer and destroyed my stucco (from what I could tell) and destroyed my stuccoHe then applied a plastic coating over where he broke the stucco (we have been having a lot of rain) and he had made sure the leak would leak even more) Then he applied the plastic coating over the shingles on the roofVery unprofessionalOn a side note, the young man told me several times they were only getting paid $to do the job (I paid Otero and Sons Roofing Corp $+ tax)Seems they wanted to repair the roof as quickly as possible and not necessary correctly and professionally.The problem needs to be correctedI have been in touch with *** Otero, and the company is sending Chris out to my house tomorrow (7/31/2015) to discuss what needs to be done to correct his issueI am only submitting this complaint since your office (Revdex.com) closed the complaint before the issue has been correctedComplaint ID ***; was not aware I needed to keep you in the loop on a daily basisThis complaint has not been resolved
