[redacted] *** We are sorry for your inconvenience of your dryerThe technician that came to diagnose your problem stated that the problem you had was that the drum was not spinning due to the motor having a dead spot and that it was pulling an unusual amount of amps at the time of startAfter he tested he was able to get the unit to run by manually spinning the drum forward allowing the unit to receive the extra help it needed to start and the drum began to runWe were extremely busy during the holidays and we apologize for not responding to you in a fashionable time frameWe did however try to reschedule the appointment to replace your motor several times that for some reason or another at that time we did not fulfillHowever we are not a scam and have every intention of fixing your dryer.We would like to make amends to you by either doing two thingsWe would like to finish your job and pay you an agreed amount of $cash back for your troubles or reimburse your $less the original trip fee that would be owed of the amount of $75.Please let us know which option you'd like to go

At this time, I have been contacted directly by The Heat and Appliance Crew regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I have had several emails with MrK* (*** ***) Park, who promised a return of my money several weeks agoHis email address
is *** I have yet to receive the funds, even though MrP*** advised, in writing on October **, 2015, that he would return the money. However, he said that the funds would be sent out at the beginning of November in accordance with their "accounts payable procedure" that they allegedly have in place. To date, I have not received the funds.They keep assuring me this is a legitimate company and not a scam. However, the reason they have not responded to your letters is that the address I gave to the Revdex.com (which I obtained from a "***" website), is that of a woman who advised it is a private residence and that she never heard of this company.I again contacted *** *** last week (all of the discussions are by way of email) and he assured me this was a legitimate business and that the owner would be contacting me. To date, however, I have not heard form the owner and still have not obtained a return of my money.I have located several telephone numbers for the company, as follows:###-###-#######-###-#######-###-#######-###-#######-###-####All numbers I call go to voice mail. Seems to be the same voice mail message for all numbers. Interestingly, they pick up when I call from a number that they do not recognize....Thank you for your help.

[Your Answer Here]Since the day the new board was found not to work, The Heat and Appliance Crew was supposed to be working to find/refurbish the part for my ovenIt seems to me that months was enough time to complete this taskI am grateful that the business had a stove for me to rent (at additional cost) so that I could complete the Thanksgiving holiday without issueHowever, this stove is not the caliber of my own, I do not wish to own this stove, and I do not trust the company to complete further 'repairs' to any other appliances in my homeThey have never responded to numerous phone calls about this repair-why should I believe they would contact me if I needed additional service? My original request for a complete refund for the cost of the service contract stands

The facts are the dishwasher is still not working The house where the new pump attaches is cracked where the new pump was installed Everything stated is true except the dishwasher leaked and I contacted the company within hours of the services call All text messages are recorded In addition, all of this was known by the company upon entering into the agreement They never said the appliance was too old to repair They never said they couldn't get parts The entered into an agreement and took my money for an annual service contract I was told they were too busy to come on one occasion Finally, the company is NOT LICENSED to do business in Suffolk County They leave no contact information, address or name of anyone This is all found out after they receive payment Very accommodating until they received payment Then their system breaks down I offered the refund of my contract only because I could see they were incapable of making the repairs They came three times with two men and each time failed to make the repair They left parts in my garage They left the drain disconnected under my sink They have offered to fix the dishwasher on one hand and state the parts are not available on the other Again, after taking my money knowing the age and condition of the appliance.This is about a company that surely does not have the consumer in mind

*** ***We would like to resolve your complaint ASAPWhen you contacted us you were in need of the repair of your oven due to the Thanksgiving holiday that was coming within 2days.We promised to get you your control board in time and we overnighted the part and then came the next day to install the
part which was the day prior ThanksgivingUnfortunately the part for some unknown reason was defective and and we know that you were counting on us for the holiday which you were holding at your houseInstead of ruining your holiday we offered you to rent our compatible stove which was the same type like oven that you hadWe charged you a small fee with unlimited time frame of renting and we had our techs go out immediately that evening and get you the oven and installed it for you to allow you to have that Thanksgiving holidayWe havent had success on getting that board again therefore we gonna pull it and have it refurbishedTherefore we know that you have a working stove that if you'd like you are welcome to own or please allow us to have that control board refurbished and then reinstalled.Thank you

to explain the actual events that occurred.[redacted] called our company looking to repair his dishwasher.He stated that it hasn't ran for quite awhile and which it was not working properly. He mentioned that the dishwasher was not washing the dishes nor was it completing a full wash cycle.We then explained the process in which we do service calls and the pricing of how we charge. We explained to [redacted] that there is a service call charge and or what also is known as a trip fee and how if and when he decides to have the repair done by us he would not have to pay the service/trip fee at all.[redacted] agreed willfully on his own free will to those regulations.Therefore we then agreed on a time and dispatched 2 guys which was 1 technician and his helper.Upon arrival there was a Viking dishwasher that was around the age 8-10 years old that was filled with water and bacteria due to unit sitting there for quite some time. The techs proceeded to vacuum out the waste water and started their diagnosis of the appliance.At that time they turned on the dishwasher and observed the actions of the appliance at that time in which there was no response except that of a minor humming noise coming from the base of the appliance. Then then proceeded to remove the appliance from its place to better observe the dishwasher. After doing some investigations they came to the conclusion that there was a faulty discharge pump and that it needed to be replaced. They then proceeded to advise [redacted] of the situation and what they found and how much it would be for the repair. He willfully agreed once again to the proposal which the company gave him and they proceeded to move forward. However there was an option that was given to [redacted] that he could purchase an annual service contract on these appliances and other aspects that were within the contract and he also agreed to that as well . [redacted] then was advised that the parts would have to be ordered and what time time frame that would be expected in delivery.He was also informed that when the parts arrive that he would be contacted to make arrangements to have the part installed.However there were situations that made the time not perfectly on the mark but [redacted] was informed.When the part arrived [redacted] was notified of the part arrival and was asked to make the appointment and it was made.The techs did return with the part and did install the part into the dishwasher and returned the dishwasher to its place of origin.The dishwasher was tested 3 times with the quick wash and was shown to the representative that was at the residence at that time.The appliance did fill and wash as well as rinse and drain. With no leaks.A day or two later [redacted] contacted us to mention that the dishwasher was leaking and could we return to diagnose further and we agreed. The same techs returned and removed the dishwasher and found that the appliance had a crack in the base of the support where the pump locked into the base.The technician did advise [redacted] at that time of the findings and [redacted] then accused the technician of causing that new found damage. The technician denied the accusation and contacted the office for further guidance and was told to advice [redacted] that they will look for the damaged part and order it.After much searching and time due to the age and model of the unit the part was not available. [redacted] contacted our company advising us that he wanted his full refund back or else he would make complaints to all authorities.We pleaded with [redacted] to allow us to make good on this issue by sending the techs to come back and by all means possible repair the damaged issue themselves with all means possible. [redacted] was firm and had his mind made up and was presenting what seemed to be his rules. He was looking for us to make an offerWhich seemed not morally correct. We were asking to have a chance to make right just to please him and he was more interested in threatening the company and wanting a full refund. We pleaded several times stating that we did complete what was asked of us meaning diagnosing the problem and getting the part needed and installing that part and checking to see if it worked however there was another issue that needed to be taken care of and we asked to rectify that problem as well and [redacted] seemed displeased or not interested. We them offered him to allow us to attempt to repair the dishwasher plus a cash amount of $150 and he denied that as well. Then finally we offered the refund less the agreed trip fee that was agreed too and less the part that was ordered and installed and he denied that as well. I'm this matter we believe that we've tried all ways to make this customer happy and to rectify what originally was the goal of having a working dishwasher. It seems to is that [redacted] is not interested in having the dishwasher repaired but has other intentions. Asking for the complete refund in this matter also seems incorrect due to the amount of times our techs were there and the work that they performed and the materials that were bought and installed also due to us trying to return and repair it once again and willingness to give restitution to the customer with cash rebate seems more than fair in this matterThank you for your time.

After 10-20 unanswered phone calls and  repeated no shows for appointments I had to have another company service my refrigerator.  I paid 700.00 to you without any satisfaction for a service I did not receive from your company.  If you have the part why haven't you contacted me? Its  been well over a month! You are a liar and a cheat.  I want my money returned!  Buy the way, this was not a compressor issue, you misdiagnosed!  You took my money and never fixed it, never returned to fix it nor did you try and contact me.
