At this point I feel there will be no resolution that will satisfy both parties in this matterI have responded the best way I know how to try and solve this and still no luck [redacted] should not assume to know how I estimate or calculate my jobs because clearly he doesn't understand or even care to have me explainHe has been the aggressor in this matter and I will not be called foul names or cursed at by him or anyone else when I have been more than patient to both him and his wifeI have recorded conversations from phone calls made to and from all of us so I know for a fact what has been said and who has been aggressive and rudeIf he would just slow down and read the changes that were made on the final invoice, which I highlighted and sent copies ofIt states "baseboards completed in main areas where tile was installed only price adjusted accordingly"and also "door trim not being done at this time Owner's are deciding whether or not to change doors prior Entry door and patio slider completed only price adjusted accordingly." [redacted] and I both agreed to that decision and stated that we would pick up where we left off at a future date when more decisive plans had been made and agreed upon by all parties involvedToo many changes, indecisiveness on their part with each other and personal comments made are what have help make my decision to kindly step aside and let them move forward with someone else

We still feel no resolution.Jason W attached the invoice which clearly shows the intent to complete all baseboards and door trims in the home.It was discussed upon the $1,payment that that was a majority of the $2,payment for the completed baseboard/door trim job and that a majority of the work had not been completed his led to an argument where Jason went through the entire house and pointing at all the baseboards saying he was going to complete them for the agreed upon pricesq ft of baseboard had been completed out of the about lnft that he had measured and quoted himselfThat equates to $worth of work completed out of the $1,paid for the jobWe would settle for a refund amount of $1,I've included pictures of spec trim and unfinished workEven though the work will not be finished by him for the original quoted price of $2,600, the work that was paid for at $1,was insufficient for the price and was brought to his attention when payment was made and at a future meetingBoth times he got upset about the questionsOn the matter of the bathroom floor, he has admitted wrong doing on multiple occasions and even agreed to refund $to us because as he stated, "that was all it was worth to him." We're seeking $for new tile and instillation using Jason's install pricesWe did also ask him to complete another project and wanted to keep things civil until he denied our phone calls and wouldn't respondHe is a good worker but a terrible negotiator and bidderHis customer service, as he raves about, is also lackingHe is uninformed, becomes aggressive, and doesn't ever admit guilt in light of the customer as he has done yet again in this exchangeNo invoices or documents have been altered by usWe have kept all originals and the invoice he presented clearly states the intent to finish the whole homeThe total amount we are seeking is $1,Hopefully this will be more feasible for MrWalls to repay

Revdex.com To whom it may concern, I am responding to the letter received on Tuesday, January 03, 2017, in which a complaint has been filed against me by *** ***He is claiming that I have left work unfinished and/or incomplete and that he wants a refund because of this
These statements are untrue and incorrectly presented to the complaint department of the Revdex.comI had worked with *** and *** *** on this project prior to this complaintAs the work progressed there were changes made and some of the work was put on hold until a future dateI made note of those changes requested and in my price as well from the original contractAll other work listed in the contract was completed as stated and agreed upon and I was paid In FullI sent a paid invoice with the changes in work requested and in price adjusted accordingly, along with the final payment check numberWe had a good relationship through the entirety of the project and they were both thoroughly pleased and satisfied with my job performance at the end, as was stated to me several times both verbally and in writingAfter several weeks had passed, they called and asked me to come back to start another project that we had previously discussedNothing was ever mentioned of me not completing the previous work or that they felt as if I owed them any moneyDue to personal reasons, I politely declined and suggested they find a different contractor to complete their work neededIt was at this time that *** and *** *** both pursued me several times via phone calls, text and email asking that I please contact them to set a start date for the additional workAgain, no complaints at this time! Shortly after, *** *** sent an email stating that he understood that I did not want to take on the additional project but wanted me to complete the work that was left unfinishedI contacted *** directly via phone call to discuss the matterHe was clearly upset that I chose not to come back and work with them on the additional projectsI tried to explain but he did not want to listen to anything I had to sayHe interrupted my conversation continuously and chose to use inappropriate language throughout the conversation in trying to make his pointI stated that I didn’t appreciate being talked to in that manner and that if he wanted to have any further discussions it would have to be in writing or in person. I have always given Great customer service and had Great professional relationships with ALL of my clients and I was actually referred to *** and *** *** by one of them! I’m responding to this complaint to explain my position in the matter to the Revdex.com and also to make very clear that I have contacted the customer directly and explained my position to them as well …on the matter of the baseboards and trim and also the bathroom tileI will not give a refund for time and labor given and work that was completed as agreed upon and paid for without ANY further stipulations! In addition, the paid invoice from me to *** and *** *** that was presented to you as reference has been alteredThis is not the paid invoice that was sent to them on August 21, My invoice clearly stated the changes to the work that had been made and also the changes in pricing from the original contract, as discussed and agreed upon …see attached copies

We still feel no resolution.Jason W attached the invoice which clearly shows the intent to complete all baseboards and door trims in the home.It was discussed upon the $1,800 payment that that was a majority of the $2,600 payment for the completed baseboard/door trim job and that a majority of the work had not been completed.  his led to an argument where Jason went through the entire house and pointing at all the baseboards saying he was going to complete them for the agreed upon price. 223.25 sq ft of baseboard had been completed out of the about 800 ln. ft that he had measured and quoted himself. That equates to $725.56 worth of work completed out of the $1,800 paid for the job. We would settle for a refund amount of $1,074.44. I've included pictures of spec trim and unfinished work. Even though the work will not be finished by him for the original quoted price of $2,600, the work that was paid for at $1,800 was insufficient for the price and was brought to his attention when payment was made and at a future meeting. Both times he got upset about the questions. On the matter of the bathroom floor, he has admitted wrong doing on multiple occasions and even agreed to refund $100 to us because as he stated, "that was all it was worth to him." We're seeking $298.40 for new tile and instillation using Jason's install prices. We did also ask him to complete another project and wanted to keep things civil until he denied our phone calls and wouldn't respond. He is a good worker but a terrible negotiator and bidder. His customer service, as he raves about, is also lacking. He is uninformed, becomes aggressive, and doesn't ever admit guilt in light of the customer as he has done yet again in this exchange. No invoices or documents have been altered by us. We have kept all originals and the invoice he presented clearly states the intent to finish the whole home. The total amount we are  seeking is $1,372.84. Hopefully this will be more feasible for Mr. Walls to repay.

At this point I feel there will be no resolution that will satisfy both parties in this matter. I have responded the best way I know how to try and solve this ..... and still no luck. [redacted] should not assume to know how I estimate or calculate my jobs because clearly he doesn't understand or even care to have me explain. He has been the aggressor in this matter and I will not be called foul names or cursed at by him or anyone else when I have been more than patient to both him and his wife. I have recorded conversations from phone calls made to and from all of us so I know for a fact what has been said and who has been aggressive and rude. If he would just slow down and read the changes that were made on the final invoice, which I highlighted and sent copies of. It states ....... "baseboards completed in main areas where tile was installed only ..... price adjusted accordingly"..... and also ..... "door trim not being done at this time ..... Owner's are deciding whether or not to change doors prior .... Entry door and patio slider completed only .... price adjusted accordingly." [redacted] and I both agreed to that decision and stated that we would pick up where we left off at a future date ..... when more decisive plans had been made and agreed upon by all parties involved. Too many changes, indecisiveness on their part with each other and personal comments made are what have help make my decision to kindly step aside and let them move forward with someone else.
