With all the respect to my customer which she has been our customer more than 15 years, her order was special work and cut and made for her hallway.We had explained which this runner is not going stay flat over wall to wall carpet. After more than a month she had that runner she complained about...

We took back and fixed complaint areas, but when we delivered back she hadReplaced wall to wall carpet to Hardwood, therefor she did not want the runner and she wanted to return and get refund, even we offered to replace whole runner or give her full store credit, she did not accept.Nevertheless we been in the business more than 35 years with no customer complainAnd our policy is customer satisfaction, therefore we will refund total amount to her.We appreciate that you let her to know this is just because she been our long termCuStoner.We will send a check for the amount of $848.00 to her addressWe appreciate all your help and looking forward to hear from you.Thank youPERGE CARPET & FLOORS
