Review: April of 2013 found this company. June 2013 Flew to New York on our dime to meet [redacted] at her [redacted] Offices. Proposed our plan and were advised would fund us. July have a signed JV agreement and per contract in July would fund. Delayed for many reasons of monies being brought in to the United States from The UAE Dubai(all documented). We made an offer on the property for the business $25,000. Made improvements to the property $60,000. Expended employee costs $10,256.00 maintained and refurbished the property $8,400.00. To date we are permanantly injured as the bank we made offer to will not extend our agreed contract. We will incur additional fees to move oursleves and our Horses to another location as well as the dabilitating damages to our reputation to the community in this embarassment of not being able to open the facility and additonal costs if we CAN even get the bank to accept an offer.Desired Settlement: Needing our funds back $103,656 in addition to damages costs for NON performance before a class action suit has to be entered into District Court. We figure a settle,ment of $210,000 in round numbers.

Wallstreet Investing Group?. I am sorry I did not make that clearer. In the Joint Venture agreement the funds were for an offer to a bank that holds the commercial property for purchase with said funds. I hope that clears it up. Wallstreet Investing Group is the Company that has not performed in the Joint Venture agreement that we have with them.
