Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Once again, pertinent facts were left out which reflect the condescending and cavalier attitude toward customer service as evidenced by the month duration as reported earlierThere was no point in making a site visit because RoofCrafters failed to respond for days, while water was pouring into my closetState Farm even tried to contact them on my behalf and has repeatedly advised them, that they are in the wrong on this matterI had no choice but to have the damage mitigated and repairs performed by another firm, who provides customer service as opposed to excusesI have a entire folder of them(excuses)throughout the duration of this project Regards, [redacted]
Because the customer refused to allow RoofCrafters a site visit to inspect the job after his claims were made it was impossible to validate anything that was saidAs a result RoofCrafters remains unable to do anything more for Mr*** at this time
