Wall to Wall Home Inspection Services

Review: I utilized party to perform an home inspection prior to purchase of home. Representative failed to provide thorough inspection resulting in non-disclosure of defects with home that could have been resolved prior to closing of home. Damages included issues with plumbing, roofing, etc repairs estimated to cost thousands of dollars for repairs.Desired Settlement: Corrected report-addenum to original inspection that reveals true defects of home.

The first and only communication I've had from Ms. [redacted] was last week Wednesday at 9:33 am, when she left a voice mail,. in which she stated that I was not responding to her and that she was contacting the Revdex.com and the state licensing department. I returned her call the same day and left a message for her to contact me. She did not call back and leave any information regarding an address or inspection number. I don't recognize the name [redacted], so I'm not sure when, or where, this inspection was completed. Please have her submit an inspection address and inspection number.

The inspector showed up 35 minutes early to the inspection of my home. I was getting ready for work, so I threw on a robe and opened the door he was ringing. I explained to him I leave for work at 8:55 am, and he was very early for his 9:15am appointment. I proceeded to go back upstairs to finish getting ready. I looked out my bathroom window, which was open, and he was standing in my backyard looking up at the open window. Very creepy.
When I arrived home after a 13 hour work day, there was mud covering my home from one end to the other. There was even mud in my upstairs bedroom. All the upstairs windows were left open; it was 36 degrees out. My furnace was turned up to 75, so it was working hard for 12+ hours.
I know my home isn't by any means a castle or the cleanest this time of year because I work 7 days a week, but I did not expect to come home and have to immediately wash all of the floors again that day. I also did not count on heating an empty house, and the outside because the windows were left open.
I have been through numerous home inspections in my life, on both ends as a seller and as a buyer, and I have never come home nor left a home in the condition I came home to that night. Very unhappy with this inspector, and would never recommend him to anyone I know, or use him myself.
Please learn to have respect for the home you are working in; whether it is a castle, or a run down home. All owners are due that respect, no matter what the circumstances are.
