We have reached out Mrs*** a few times and have explained that that we need estimates, so we could determine how we could proceed with getting the eaves fixed. To date we haven’t received any estimates on the cost to fix the problem. We understand we are at fault and are willing to
pay for the repairs

The business is a lier I have the proof of recorded conversation over the phone however they came out and fix the counter top as soon as I filed the complaintAnd yes it is a covered warranty and I didn't pay anythingThe customer service is not honest and we're also rude .nothing been dropped on the counter.it might be damaged during installationThe business should come with the proof and shouldn't be accusing customers .Another lie is my builder filed a warranty fix not me but the company was charging me for the service but thanks to Revdex.com for backing me up.Problem got fix

I am rejecting this response because: The last time I spoke with Wall to Wall, I told them it was not my responsibility to obtain an estimate for damages they caused.  They agreed to have this done.  I will get them an estimate, however, I am saddened that they would lie to you. And it still does not explain their lack of communication.  After I left MULTIPLE voice mails, why not just call me?  They are an assigned contractor for Lowe's, whose customer service for all parts of my remodel have been full of deceit, delays and very poor responses to my concerns.

The attached is an account the process we documented.  A service call was scheduled on 1/26th.  He wanted an 8am appointment and as a business we try to accommodate the best we could, however we told him we would try our best to be there by 8, however our standard practice is a 3 hour...

window to which he agreed.  We arrived around 8:15am, to which he said we were late because we didn't arrive at 8am and didn’t allow us to address the issues.  We were able to get back in touch and schedule another appointment, however we also told him that there was a $150 charge to come out and determine what was wrong.  At this time we still had not determined what the problem was with the product. A follow up appointment was scheduled on 2/9 and we were able to determine that something was dropped on the counter (picture attached) and therefore not covered under the warranty and we fixed with issue and left a bill for the service change.  Again, he disagreed and filled his claim with the Revdex.com.  As of 2/23 the customer paid his bill and we consider the case closed.    9/28/16 - Counters installed 1/17/17 - notified of a chip which needs repaired. Chips are not covered under warranty so therefore billable 1/26/17 – originally scheduled service date. We arrived at 8:15AM for an 8-11AM window, were refused at the door because we arrived 15 mins late, customer requested a new service apt on a Saturday only. We do not work on Saturdays. 2/9/17 – new service appointment, work was completed.  Photo of chip is attached. 2/23/17 Manor paid the $150 bill for the trip and labor. We view the outstanding item as complete. This was not a warranty issue. This was misuse of the counters which we repaired for a fee.
