Review: Vallon Wallace installed a new roof on my home in 2013 and it began to leak aroun the chimney on the south side of my home. I called him in the winter of 2013-2014 and alerted him about the trouble and he said I needed gutters. I had the gutters installed and still had the leak when I called the 2nd time he said I needed the chimney pointed. A contractor came over to look at the chimney and found my chimneys (3) hadn't been flashed. There were also missing shingles and evidence of a mishap pen installation. The contractor took photos and gave me a price for the repairs. I contacted Mr. Wallace and he said he'd pay for the repairs. When I asked him to come over and sign a contract stating he would pay to have the work done, he said he would do the work and repair the inside water damage. He sent a roofer over that put roofing cement on the backside of the chimney. When it leaked again he sent another roofer over to flash the chimney but the shingles were never reinstalled. I have a history of texts dating back to 2013 where Mr. Wallace made promises to come back and complete the work. He did come over a few time to look at it but has never made the repairs.Desired Settlement: I can't get a roofer to repair the shoddy install that exists. One roofer told me there was a soft spot on my roof and that all the wood should have been replaced not just a section. The roofer that took the photos asked me if a "real contractor" had actually done the work because the quality of the work was so poor. Another contractor said he has to tear off the whole roof and start all over because the entire project was done incorrectly. I'd need to get my 8,500$ back to get a proper install.

Review: [redacted]I signed a proposal with Vallon W[redacted] on May 27,2014. He was to install sofit panel on the front and back of my home. He was almost finished when he informed me that he had run out of materials. I was on my out of town but when he informed me the he would finish the job over the weekend, I paid him the last installment which was $400.00. Upon arriving back home after my trip, I contacted Mr. W[redacted] because the finished product was unsatisfactory. He immediately came to my home and inspected the area that was unacceptable. He agreed that the area needed to be redone and that he would send someone from his crew to correct the problem. The problem has not been correct to date. I have called Mr W[redacted] over 40 times, he rarely answers his phone and sometimes his voicemail is full. I have left him messages and texted him, he has returned some of my calls with promises but he has never kept them. I am tired of trying to get him to finish the job that he started more than a year ago. I really just want the job finished and done correctly.Desired Settlement: I would like Vallon W[redacted] to correct the areas on my home that were done badly.
