Wallace and Berry represented my small business for a few years with little to no issues. Aside from the understandable instances of paperwork being late. After these instances built up I felt it was time to move on and got a different insurance agent. Then I struggled for months to get my five year loss run from them. Finally I confronted the owner about this and reasonably demanded that he provide me with my five year loss run. He quickly grew agitated and tried to intimidate me. When I refused and simply requested my paper work he assaulted me. Yes, in 2015 a grown man assaulted another grown man because he wasn't happy with the level of service he provided and wanted to take his business elsewhere. The father built up a great business, but his son who was given the business is having a hard time.
