I have been reluctant to use wades for the past few years because the last time I bought my sons baseball pictures (northwest 45) they came out so pixelated and I said never again because my cell phone could do better*Fast forward years*
*** ** again for spring pictiresI thought I would give benefit of doubt they had a different staff this timeHowever I saw a young staff member continuously texting when she should have kept the line moving and taking decent pictures but she was holding her phone and using one hand to shootThen the whole companies choice in using the outfield and NOT THINKING THROUGH that there is a parking lot behind the field the carelessness of that shows lack in professionalism when team photos come in and there are vehicles in the backgroundAnd you cant even tell you're on a ball fieldMaybe if you want to put effort and hire staff that caresyou would have better business
bring a ladder or something and take an angled photo at home plateThe lighting is horrible in the picture too, the sun wasn't even factored in when you cant see any of the boys faces
My personal camera took a better photo that dayI even got it at an angle where the cars werent in itI guarantee a little effort goes a long way and you would make more moneyI will never buy from this company again and I will recommend to all I know to NOT buy them because I care for peoples memoriesUnlike this company
