On the inspection date, Sonny *** and his son inspected the house and did a fantastic jobThey were extremely thorough and did a great job of explaining any issues that were foundSonny used the newest in technology to aid his inspection (he used a drone to inspect the roof!) but relied just as much on old-fashioned good customer service and getting his hands dirty when neededHe was also happy to answer any and all questions that my wife, I, or our real estate agent had, and made sure that he didn't leave until we were satisfied Additionally, Sonny gave us great advice on what to monitor as time passes *** what issues needed to be dealt with immediately
We received the inspection report the same day and it was just as detailed as we had hoped it would beWe also got our WDI inspection through Sonny and that report was promptly provided to us shortly after the WDI inspection
