Please I beg of you to save your money and do not hire Mr. W[redacted] to do any work for you. I wish I had checked here before he did work on a home we purchased. Once we signed the contract to get work done the process was a long and tedious one. He promised us that work would be done by a certain time but it got pushed back month, after month, after month. I never saw Mr. W[redacted] except for making payments for him to get supplies. Finally that even stopped and he would tell me to give the money to his employer. When I started calling him because the work wasn't getting done in a timely manner or to let him know there were problems he stopped answering my phone calls. I had to communicate with him through his workers. He never came out to check his workers work. I finally had to tell the guy to stop until I talked to Mr. W[redacted]. I never got a chance to talk to Mr. W[redacted] because he disappeared. He just would not contact me. Everything that was done was done wrong. None of the work was done properly except the people who came in to paint. I wish someone had warned me before I got him to do any work for me. I waited a long time and gave a lot of thought before writing this review, but after seeing the complaint from someone one here for work done as recent as May 2016 I realize he is still out there doing the same thing. I could be quiet no longer.

Review: Wallace Home Works did siding on our house 3 years ago this month. We have repeatedly called Wallace to our home to repair his company's bad work and either he comes out to the house to meet with us and never does anything about it or never shows up at all. The siding is blowing off of the house and we cannot open our windows because the wrapping stops the windows. It took Wallace 3 1/2 months to get the job done and we had to buy a new pool liner because his workers just pitched nails all over our deck and into the pool. Due to the incorrect installation of the pieces that go around the bottom of the chimney we had severe rot and a roofer had to redo the rotted pieces and install new wood and shingles all around the chimney. We also have to have someone come into our house to replace sheetrock and paint the entire ceiling ( which is a vaulted ceiling).Desired Settlement: No more of being put off by Wallace Home Works. Get this job done correctly or let me charge him for work done by another company who will do it correctly.
