we just got your letter about case id *** and the night in question the ladys at the front desk tried to move him rooms he didn't want to be move he said he wanted his money back they told him he had to come back and see meso the next morning when I got in the office I was helping someone and
he was at the front desk yelling and telling other guest that we rent dirty rooms out so I asked him if I could help him he said yes I want my money back I didn't stay in the room I told him that I would watch my cameras and if he in fact went in and came right back out I would give him a refund he started yelling at me said he don't have time to just sit and wait for me to watch the camerashe then told me that he will get his money back one way or another. I told him to have a good day and I came inside and I watched the cameras and saw him go in at 8:43pm and he left at 9:00pm and came to front desk the girls told him they would move him to a different room and he said no he wanted his money back so they called me and told him he had to wait for meThen he went to the bar and was telling them that we was renting out dirty rooms and he would get his money back one way or anotherWe are remodeling now to all new roomsthe board of health came out and said that there was a couple of things that needed to be fixed but with the remodel it will all be done.I checked another guest in the room the very next morning and he said the room was clean when he checked in after he checked out the room was cleaned then board of health came in and looked aroundIf you have any other questions please give me a call or email me back Thank you mary d*** 317-731-ext gm of americans best inn/motel
