My Kia [redacted] died on August 28, I had it towed to the dealer on August 29, They just gave it back to me on Nov15, On NovThursday my car did not start right away in the evening, then when I was on my way home that night my car did not start I had to get a jump I took it to the dealer on the & pick it up on Monday the of Nov Lynn R [redacted] who I been dealing with told me that they let it sit for the whole weekend & it started right up Today 12-2-I was leaving my house at 6:45pm & the car would not start again I can't keep living like this, something is wrong with this car

Complaint also includes customer service issues I saw the West Herr Kia ad on their website on Friday 5/for new Kia Forte LX The ad said $per month(I have a picture of the ad)with $down plus taxes, acquisition, registration The salesman told me it would be $total out of pocket for the car I contacted the sales rep on Friday to lease of the vehicles He told me they had a lot of these cars in stock and that he would drive of them to me to show me the vehicle The vehicle was just what I wanted so I went in on Saturday 5/to do the deal for the carsFriday I filled out the credit application & the sales rep said we were approved I sat around for about hours at the dealership Once in a while a manager or the sales rep would reluctantly come up to me & say they are working on the deal hours later the manager told me the vehicle in the ad was sold on May 2nd and then tried selling me a more expensive Kia On my way home I saw tha

On the following dates (June 22, 2017, June 24, and July 6, 2017) I went to West Herr to inquire about a vehicle that I was interested in because I wanted to trade in my vehicleI explained to the salesman as well as the finance manager that I did not want my credit ran through multiple banks because I did NOT want a lot of inquiries which could have a negative impact on my credit reportThey both ensured me that that would NOT happenThey both stated "oh no when there are applications submitted to the same bank they will only count as one if it's within days"Well I am finding out different and that West Herr ran my credit to banks which is unacceptable when I specifically asked them not to run my credit to several banks because I did NOT want a negative impact on my credit reportI notified Equifax and Transunion and was told that they can't remove inquiries and the dealership said call the banks***, ** ***(***) and *** *** all stated
