I have made a phone call to *** *** I had a conversation in depth about Wallen Complex (Washington Township) the we have several posted signs thru out the park, and every night during game or practices on fields that we have board members on duty for anybody to handle any problems
that occur during the night, if a person is unable to find the board member on duty, then the Concession stands is the place to report, where the concession will contact the Board member on duty to handle problems We have posted on our website and informed all coaches and parents thru emails thru out the year of our policy and No Smoking is one of the rules. I have attached our General Rules showing that it is also posted on our website. *** then informed me that they are not out there in evening. They are members of the Wildcat Program thru Parks and Recreation, which goes on from June thru 3rd week of July. I explained to her that we only rent the fields out Wildcat during year. I told her I would make contact with directors at our facility and informed them to pass onto their parents and remind them that Wallen is NO Smoking complex. I also explained to *** I would call the Director of Wildcat to inform him, if going on at our park might be going on at other of their sites they rent out for Wildcat Program *** gave me great idea of more signs posted at the park, more visible by parents that sit in cars and not just in the Bleachers, ant at the entrance of the complex
