I'm very pleased with the service that I received from Walley's Heating & Air Conditioning. They were on time and serviced my boiler and water heater.

Terrific, thorough. They had to come back 2 days later and there was no extra charge.

Replacement of Boiler pumps & controls. Installation of chimney liner & air- line to burner. Final testing & tuning & permits.
I live out of state & had to replace boiler, all peripheral pumps, zone controls, thermostats, install new chimney liner, new airline to the burner & haul away old equipment. I got 5 quotes with a pricing range 2:1 from max to min. I elected to go with Walley's HVAC based on professionalism during quotation & reasonable price. We decided on installation dates, I flew to Londonderry and observed the installation. I was impressed with project coordination, work professionalism, workers attitude, contract execution item by item including permitting & final testing. After all we installed a top of the line boiler at a reasonable price. Other major vendors quoted very high & were calling later willing to lower the price. No games like that from Walley's, they offer me a fair quote from the beginning & opted to pay a little more to go with a top of the line boiler. I will use them from now on for my annual clean-up too.

Walley's Heating & Air Conditioning is my service company for my heating for life. They are a company to be trusted. They stand by work and have principals. They will do what is necessary to get the work done fairly. They are not out to just run up the bill to make a profit. Walley's treats their customers like part of the family. They explain what needs to be done before starting the job. My experience with Walley's all started because the home inspector said the piece on my gas burner was an easy fix. I could not have asked for a better company to deal with. Since the burner had more problems than home inspector told me about. They went out of their way to accommodate my work schedule also.

I recently had a furnace, AC coil and condenser and hot water heater installed by Walley's. They were very punctual, professional and respectful of my property. They completed the job sooner than anticipated. They covered my furniture, newly installed carpet as well as their shoes. I was concerned because I do not have a walk out basement and they had to carry the old equipment up the stairs and through the dining room to take it out. They were very careful not to damage my property. They are very customer service oriented. I would highly recommend them.

I used Wally's to fix a furnace issue noted on a home inspection. I was impressed right from the start. The customer service is excellent and they worked with me to get the issue resolved in a tight time frame. The technician who came to the house was very helpful, explaining clearly what needed to be done and Adria in the office is amazing. The work was completed quickly and I couldn't be happier with them! I would highly recommend this company and I wish they serviced where I live now!

I used Walley's to fix up some pipes in my house and I was blown away by the professionalism. Not only was scheduling the service a breeze, the customer service I received was top notch. I got a confirmation call the day before the service and a follow up call once the service was complete. The office staff did an amazing job. Now the Techs that arrives were professional and very courteous of my home. They were in and out about 25 minutes and came prepare to complete the job. I was blown away by the service I received and i'd recommend this fantastic Heating and A/C company to anyone looking for great service at a great price.

9/26/16: I recently had my furnace serviced by Walley's HVAC and was surprised at the outstanding service I got. The technician was extremely professional and completely thorough in his evaluation and explanation of all the services he performed. This was the first time I used this company and between the reminders and service I got when they arrived, I will gladly use them in the future and recommend them to anyone.

Walley's Heating & Air Conditioning is a service I would recommend to any and every one! Savannah was courteous, polite, and friendly on the phone. She also provided an accurate time for when Christian would be arriving at our house, which is extremely important for my fiancee and I, as we are very busy people. Christian arrived on time, and was eager to get to work. Although our system was not installed by Walley's, Christian was quick to ask the right questions to ensure that the work he was about to perform would not destroy our system. He was fast, efficient, and extremely friendly. He also walked through the care and maintenance of our system with my fiancee to ensure that we would get the most out of it. He was also a great question guy! Being new homeowners, my fiancee and I are still learning the ropes to many of the things that make a house run. Christian was knowledgable about all the things we needed answers to.

We had to replace our AC this past summer. None of the big companies could help us for 4 to 6 weeks. We were a little nervous contacting Walleys, as we had never heard of them. They had our new AC installed in ten days! So, when our heater died in Dec. we reached out to them again. It was installed in two days! These people are the most professional, courteous, and caring people that we've dealt with in a really long time. So nice, in this day and age! We recommend them highly to everyone!!!
