As stated in my original complaint, Buckley Brothers did indeed repair a leak. I've admitted that from the outset. However, they did not repair the leak that was causing my living room ceiling to drip through. To use the terms "original leak" and "new leak" is disingenuous at best. The ceiling leak was not a "new" leak - it was the leak I contacted them about in the first place. And then, when I followed up with them about how the ceiling was still leaking, they ultimately (after a few attempts by myself) stopped returning my calls. And now they're trying to plead innocent by following up eight months after they cut off communications with me. A couple of weeks ago, they did come by to give me an estimate to finish the work. But they made no offer of a reimbursement or any compensation for the poor customer service and lack of resolution, which is what I was asking for in the original complaint. Regards,
