The customer has a small outstanding balance with the company for extra service ie extra cans in Janaury and has not returned the gallon wastecart which is company propertyWe will refund their deposit once the extra services are remitted and gallon wastecart is returned

response because:the response is not trueThe company of which this complaint represents Picked Up my trash receptacle on February, I no longer have the can in my possession, therefore cannot return an item that I have already returned! And the small fees were not posted to the January bill in which they are posted and should have been brought to my attention BY mid February when I cancelled the serviceThis is a ridiculous and completely response and would again like to see charges removed from my bill and refunded my $deposit for my cab which has been picked up nearly a month ago by your company!

We have left a message for the customer to return call regarding concern.

business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this is true concerning the warranty, but other companies offer it as well, also... they had no way to drain the old tank...so they were going to leave and not put the new one in... well, I said if it is too heavy you can just push it aside then put the new one in.... I discussed this with a sarcastic employee as she was explaining WHY theres is worth so much...and a main part was disposal of the old tank, which benefits them also as I wonder if they scrap it for cash... I don't know if sarcastic is a fair word as she explained it to me as if I was a child... well, they never showed up yesterday...well, I did not know they were coming today...Wednesday September 2 and someone called from my drive I guess saying in a barely audible voice that they were here...WELL I WAS NOT as I had Dr appts today... anyhow, I am not happy, but what can I do...also, I never received a copy of the contract or anything.  well, I don't care anymore..they may keep there ill gotten gains.....  I truly am surprised in this competitive age we have that they offered no discount, partial refund...or even a cookie... they feel they outdid themselves installing a tank I have NO WARRENTY OR RECEIPT.. so, as far as they are concerned.. they blessed me coming over to fix it.. I will say the plumber who installed it he and his trainee did a great job putting it in, no complaints on there part....now, I am just really ticked off at the way the gal that called talked down to us lowlifes, how dare I...and a lot others remark that they feel robbed..

We have sent [redacted] her current statement which shows her balance due, her account was placed on a service block on December 15, 2017 due to non-payment on account and removal of the container on December 28, 2017. As a courtesy and for her inconvenience in this matter, we have reversed off the finance charges in good faith of payment to be rendered to close her account with Intermountain Disposal.

considering they are unaware with in their company, that they have picked up the trash bin, ( we are not talking a trash can) but a large bin that would need to be picked up by a specialized piece of equipment, please see attached pictures; I am no longer surprised in the lack of corespondent', in getting back with me in a timely manner, nor am I surprised that upon my numerous requests for a billing receipt and or invoice showing payments applie. The office did, as I said finally contacted me in December leaving me a voice message confirming that they had picked up the bin. Unfortunately, had I been aware of the buisness practices or lack there of, I would have maintained the voice message, confirming this. I believe it is to late for me to retrieve the voice message at this time. Again I request that they print me an invoice reflecting payments recived as well as crediting back my account for the months of non service. Also, to correct the response from inter mountain disposal, I have been in contact with their ansering machine for several months with out a response and if needed I will pull my phone records and circle all the times I have attempted to contact their office. As well as with my request for the invoice showing me payments applied, I sent them a " good faith payment" however, don't feel I should send them any more payments as I do not have proper or correct billing for my closed account.thank you,[redacted]

We are in receipt of the complaint today and would like to remedy the issue. This account is invoiced monthly at the end of each month, it has gone into default due to non-payment on account, the 1 cubic yard container is still on the premises, we have not received a removal request of the container...

by the customer. We have attempted to contact the customer on November 29, 2017 and again on December 28, 2017 with no reply. It is noted that she did come into the office and was directed to contact our billing department by correspondence to ensure proper care of her inquiry on her account. We will contact the complaintant in regards to her account and resolve her issue.

Company states: This consumer was a truck and trailer. We also discovered that he was hauling and was not allowed to do that but it is under county ordinance. Section 610201. The pricing we charged was valid. The truck and trailer pricing is separate.

Company responded by phone 3/4/16-[redacted]Ms. [redacted] from the company states that while they were there they were doing a live feed of the consumer's sewer and states that the sewer that the cons was looking was hers. She states the jet that they use clears out everything and states that the other company...

would have seen a clean sewer because they cleaned it. Ms [redacted] does not feel that the consumer is due a refund because they did the work. She also states that they advised the consumer of the fact that she will need to get the sewer redone to avoid having the same issues because the sewer is old. Ms. [redacted] stated they have even tried working with the consumer's insurance company to get see if they can get the money refunded to the consumer for having the job done. Ms. [redacted] states that they have offered to go back out make a video for the consumer at no charge to her. They state that they called the consumer and that the consumer was being unreasonable and all she wants is a refund, which they do not feel she is owed.

We have be able to retrieve the 32 Gallonl Waste Cart # [redacted] and will be refunding the customer their deposit in the amount of $71.64 via [redacted] today. We apreciate the cooperation of the customer in this matter.
