Good morning, The complaint was escalated to our Territory Manager for that location, *** ***. After she investigated the situation she provided the following resolution: "I spoke with Mark and he believes we stole his moneyHe said that UMB paid him back his money but we owe UMBI then talked with *** at the Bellville location and they let me know that he was not charged the $and only paid the $UMB had returned both the $and $and we just sent back that we were owed the $so that is all the customer was chargedThe manager had spoke with the financial department and they could not see that we had taken the money so we could not give the man his money back because it was not showing up on our end."Thank you,*** ***Wallis Companies*** ***

I had my bank check initially after transaction took place was removed from my checking account.l filed a discrepancy with my bankIt was the only option at the time to retrieve the money with no support from said company

Good evening, Our Territory Manager provided a more detailed resolutionPlease see below: We understand that this incident happened on 9/23/The consumer did not wait the 5-business days for the discrepancy to be reversedHe contacted his bank on 9/25/to have the bank handle the issueThe bank sent to WallisCo and WallisCo sent back that we only needed payment for the $*** from UMB said that everything was fixedWe reached out to the consumer multiple timesI talked with the representatives at the UMB bank in Belleville facilityEverything was taken care between the bank and WallisCoWe are very supportive of all situations but require more time than just the weekend to fix any financial opportunityWe have spoken with the consumer and resolved the issues and he will be visiting our store in the future.
