AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! This is a horrible place of businessI ordered wallpaper and was told it would arrive by Friday of last week (it did not)I received a call that it would be there on Mon or TuesToday (Weds) I called to inquire about the shipment and was hung up on (after a rude exchange) when I asked about receiving a discount due to the delays (I had rearranged my schedule to work from home in order to accommodate the install) and was told it's Christmas time and every industry experiences delays during this timeBS, shipping companies are actually faster during the holidays due to increased staff, but nice excuse thereI really installed prior to Christmas I waited an hour and called back to cancel my order as I choose not to do business with organizations that have such horrendous serviceI spoke to the owner, well tried to but he was extremely aggressive and yelled over me and would not let me speak I asked him to stop yelling and let me speak and his professional reply was 'I'm not yelling, you'll know when I'm yelling'It's 2018, threats and bullying are not acceptableHe also said this was a custom order, it wasn't, just a stock purchaseI asked why he didn't call when manufacturer when the shipment was delayed as to inquire of the status and he said he doesn't have time to follow up on customer ordersI am going to contest the charge with my credit card company and he said he'd fight and I'll have to pay and he'll winOh, and the best line 'In our store, the Customer is not always right'Buyer beware!
