Walls Heat & Air

After approval of a quote for a brand new heat and air system I was told we would be serviced in 2 weeks. Two weeks turned into four months. I had tried multiple times to call, text, email, and inquire about the severely delayed service, given I had already paid the $8500 deposit. Finally, after calling from a different phone number and a different representative of my company reached him he scheduled a new time to come out. He came and charged me for 15 hours of labor but spent no more than 8 total on the project. Also, his crew left all of the trash and packaging in our parking lot to blow away in the wind. He did not let us know he was finished until he called wanting paid and we told him we would prefer wait until our electrician could verify the unit worked properly. He assured us his part was done and offered the inspector to come out demanding wanting paid. After our electrician came we were informed that we were sold a unit that was not compatible with our current electrical wiring. We would need to spend an additional $1500 to run the proper wiring for the heat to work. We then inspected the outside of the unit and it is poorly put together, the seals from the giant holes cut into the side of our shop have completely busted and now every time it rains water floods the middle of our shop floor and our tools and machinery. We have already paid the remaining $4500 balance and made multiple attempts for him to come back and fix that. He has said he would be there within a week and a week comes and goes. we are now 6 weeks post that promise. I should also mention the units slab was installed crooked and the unit itself hangs of the edges of the slab.
