The installation crew supervisor that was in charge when our windows were installed did a horrible jobThe inspector came by to be sure the windows were installed correctly as we plan on having siding done in the futureThe inspector specifically said to the crew and supervisor that all the windows were to be flashedThe supervisor refused to do that and only calked the windowsSo there is a possibility of water damage in the walls that we may never know about until it's too lateI called Wallside to have the crew come back to do the job correctly and the supervisor of the crew refused to come back to do itI even had the local inspector involved with the issueI realize Wallside sub contracts they're installations, but they should make sure the crews do each job correctlyWallside took our large amount of money and when I tried to have the job done correctly I was given a hard time and the run aroundWe were scheduled to have a new person come out to flash all our windows and the day of, Wallside called to cancelMy husband spoke to the service supervisor who was rude and basically didn't give a damn...I called and asked to speak to one of the owners and I got a voice mail that was full...I wasn't even able to leave a messageI gave a secretary my name and number and I never received a call backI do not recommend Wallside Windows to anyone....I have a friend who went with them and they did the same thing to themThe worst customer service and follow up I have ever experiencedI feel like they got our money and they washed they're hands clean of us and our issues
