This letter is in concern to [redacted]omplaint of contract issues, case number [redacted] On October 29th, 2014 [redacted] purchased a new 2014 Dodge Journey. The vehicle was financed with [redacted]k for a period of 72 months. [redacted] had a payment of $608.18 which reflected a 12.05%...

interest rate. In her transaction, a 2002 GMC Envoy was traded in with a negative balance of $3,236.68. During her sales process, it was recommended by her salesperson, [redacted], to pursue the route of a new vehicle. The new vehicle was suggested because [redacted] would be driving many miles for work, there was negative balance being traded in, and a competitive interest rate was being offered on the new vehicle. With [redacted] being a previous acquaintance of [redacted] he sold the vehicle with a "friends and family" discount. This reflected a 1% below invoice less all applicable rebates. Wally Armour cannot be responsible for an individual's interest rate as money is lent on the basis of repayment. Interest rates are a reflection of an individual's credit. In terms of a 72 month loan, it is best that extra principal payments be made to offset the interest incurred. If [redacted] would like to pursue another purchase of a vehicle, we would extend the same courtesy and offer an additional "friends and family" discount as well as a competitive interest rate. We hope this could resolve [redacted]'s concern.
