Destroyed my yard and will not fix it
I purchased a property on August 2nd period I had an agreement with the seller that this company could come on the promise as long as both realestate agents were present to remove the shed and only if the ground was not wet so damage would not be caused. This company took it amongst themselves to come on to my promise without anybody being here, open my back gay and enter my back gate and then completely destroyed my yard. A worker or owner of the company came out and raked the divots in my yard and told me that was as good as it would get. They would not fix it as it was once before period I have begged for the company to do something and was told by the receptionist that it would be fixed as before. It has not and they have left it as is. My yard now has a giant mud hole when there was onve grass. They did not have a written agreement w me, the owner of the premise but someone else and did as they pleased.
I would like new bermuda sod to be put down to fix the damage their tractors caused to my yard.
Wally Watt was asked to remove an 8 x 10 shed for the previous homeowner prior to sale of the property to the current homeowner. There was no contract or instructions to us to do the work when both real estate agents were present and only if the ground was not wet. We were told it needed to be done immediately due to closing on the house. The agent agreed to the date and time for the pick-up and gave us permission to remove the shed. We were never informed that anyone had to be there at time of removal. A rutting of the grass did occur and the business owner immediately went out to assess the damage and clear the ruts. We were never contacted after that time to let us know that the repairs were not adequate. We have tried to call the homeowner and have not been able to reach her as of 8/21/19. We would like to resolve the issue with the homeowner.
