Poor customer serviceDidn't know much about alternators walking into the business, and believe they took full advantage of thatI asked for a remanufactured alternator, and was given a used core with a bent pulleyWhen I confronted the "manager", he became defensive and when I requested a refund he gloatingly pointed out their $restocking feeIt was only after bartering another minutes did I finally give up and took the used alternator (with a newer*) pulleyNext time, I'll pay the extra $and buy brand new
