The vehicle was towed in last summer with compliant of vehicle revving up but will not moveUpon inspection of vehicle we found transmission was full of fluid but fluid had a burnt smellVehicle would not move forward or backward in any gearAfter replacing transmission in vehicle it was towed to dealership for computer flashingThe dealer never mentioned anything about a transmission fluid leak eitherThe vehicle then returned to our shop on 7/for a Virginia State Inspthe customer never mentioned the transmission was leaking or any issue with transmissionThe state inspector never seen an transmission leaks on vehicleThe vehicle was brought back a second time on 12/4/and a CV axle was replaced the customer never mentioned any transmission leaksThe mechanic never seen any transmission leaks when replacing the front CV axleThe customer came in on 3/13/with a transmission line leak and was very rude, I tried several times to explain that if the line had been leaking we were never notified and the vehicle had been in several times since the transmission was replaced and the mechanics never seen any transmission fluid leakThe lines were not leaking when vehicle was brought in so it was not nessacery to replace themThe customer was not charged for the lines when the transmission was replaced eitherI do not feel our business should refund the any part of the money to the customer due to the problem not present till eight months laterIf the lines had been leaking for eight months the transmission would of been burnt up do to lack of fluid Thank You,
