We completed the concerns of *** *** on 2/27/Although this was reported as an issue of our product leaking, the source of the leak was the light fixture above the doorWe went above and beyond to correct an issue that had nothing to do with the installation of our productWe removed

The door was delivered and installed this morning and for that I am very gratefulHowever, I had requested that the interior
of the door be painted with the original paint color that was used when it was originally installedThe door was delivered unfinishedThe installers told me that their boss had instructed them to tell me that the installation charge of $would be waived and that I could use that credit to have a contractor paint the door interiorI'm am currently in the process of arranging for a contractor to complete this workOnce this is done I will contact you to close this case

The customer has provided incorrect information concerning the age of the productThe actual date of sale was in making the door years oldThe product warranty on this door is yrs for product against defects and years laborBoth of these have expiredThe initial request we were
given indicated that the door was purchased in and that is why he was told the product was under warrantyWe were able to locate the customer’s original order and determined the door was sold and installed in 1998.There has been no site visit to determine the cause of the issues he is having with his door.The KC Company is willing to do a site visit to diagnose the problem at no chargeAny work that needs to be done to correct would be chargable*Sincerely,Mark WProduct Service Manager
