We first took in his lawn mower in August of last year for a general maintenance and a steering problemWe replaced the steering gear, flange bearing,and two v belts with one hour laborOn
September 5, he returned it to us with a bad beltWe found that the mower needed for the pto to be replacedHe agreed to let us use a used pto to save some moneyWe charged him $for the pto and did not charge for any laborAt this time all was working wellIn June of this year, he called and complained that the belt had broken again and was blowing oilThe "oil" was transmission fluid and needed for the transmission to be replacedHe accused us of breaking the transmissionAt this point, we did not want to deal with this customer any longer and returned the mower to himWe never charged for any pick up or deliveries on this mower in our attempt to do all we could to satisfy
We still have on file a bill for a blower that was repaired for Mr *** back in December of for $that was left in our shop for months and was never paid for
It is our policy to treat every customer in a professional manner as we have been doing here for years nowWe found *** to be abrasive, hard to deal with and decided to cut ties with him as a customer
