1-On the original invoice it was indicated that shipping and handling would be extra See attached2-Client was told at time of order that shipping would be towards the end of January3-We will remove the invoice from Paypal once the amount has been paid She has a copy of the invoice
she can send a check to Wallys Woodworking, ** *** *** Delano, MN 4-The shipment was sent via UPS, through the UPS Store Those charges are also attached A small amount was added to this charge for my time to deliver to the store
This is the first order we've had that has had issues with the shipping charges that consumers are made aware of before they pay for the product itself We will reduce the shipping charges to the $the client indicates she will pay This new charge will go through Paypal in the manner she indicated Thank you
