The Lady in the office was not very helpful from day oneI wanted to look at a car and she just gave me the keys and told me to lookOne of the cars I was looking at didn't even start up, battery was totally dead and all she said was;' oh we can give you a jump" Now why would you want to sell me a car that doesn't start and you know it? not good business senseI put a deposit down on another car, which needed some repairs and the agreement was they will fix certain things and the car would be ready the next eveningWell I was ready to pick up my car, but was told they found something else wrong and need to order partOk I thought they were thorough and was told they will call medays later no one called or informed me if the car was ready or notI went there and only the mechanic was there and he told me the part never came in.I should come back in the morning when the owner is hereI returned the next day and the car was still not readyI was told the part did not come in and they will call meNow 1/weeks later the car was still not ready and when I confronted them that I want my deposit back, the lady was so rude and unprofessional and cursed us outMy friend had a conversation with me how disappointing the service is and she was told to get of the propertyAre you kidding me? really ? She has no customer service training at allShe said she owned the business , which was a lie, because she had to call her Boss to ask to if she can give me my deposit backThey lied the entire time about the car being repaired and contradicted themselvesI would never recommend them at allVery disappointed

I recently had the opportunity to purchase two vehicles in great condition from North Hills motors. The staff was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. If anyone is in need of a realiable used car I would definitely recommend considering North Hills Motors.

The vehicle we purchased we had to wait almost a week to pick it up, because they were going "...to do an oil change and tune up..." Well when we picked it up, we had to wait AGAIN, for a missing handle to open the door, when we took it off the lot it started hesitating a few days later, but we couldn't take it in because the radiator went. The next week we took to Nissan to repair whatever the crap warranty would cover(that still cost us almost $300). A couple of months later the alternator and battery had to be replaced(almost $450), the next month a $400 valve(?), next up the $300 02 sensor, brakes, air conditioner, and the engine light will not go off...even after being reset by mechanics... With that being said it seems this dealership sells a lot of lemons...

I just got a truck (Nissan Titan) and couldn't be more happier. The staff was unbelievable and great. The pricing was fair and reasonable and they even gave me a military discount! they offered to fix the small things we didn't like and gave us a free first oils change/service and full car wash and cleaning! I wasn't going to be in town when they were done with the minor fixes that they were doin, so to help my wife and not have her trying to find a way to get it home for me, they offered to deliver it to they house free of charge!!! this is a great place to do business if you are in the market for a vehicle! I would recommend this dealership to everyone!

I found just was I was looking for. The car was in great condition. Excellent customer service , very friendly staff. I had an awesome experience and will continue to do business here in the future. I would recommend this car lot to all of my friends and family. Thanks
