My vehicle was stolen and the *** had it towed with Wally'sWhen I could pick it up they charged me for one night of storage even though they called me that morning and I picked it up with a few hoursI didn't complain about that as they had it for weeks as the paperwork was going though with the policeWhen I got to the car the sunroof was open and there was a tarp half covering itInside the carpets were soaked with water and there were puddles of rain water in itThe carpets were rotting and destroyedI immediately went in to talk to them and the man behind the desk didn't seem to care at all and was very rude about itHe ended up taking my number saying he would look into it and get back to meHe never didIt was a crank sunroof which they easily could have closed or at least covered the broken windows properlyI will never use them again
