I placed this order last week with a arrival date by 12/I called today because it is still processing and they lady said it will be delivered by 24th mind u this is a bday present for my son on 12/SO now that walmart has changed the date without notifying me I am stuck with no pretense for my sonI spoke to a manager and she seems to care less just as the repThis was the worst service I have ever had from a Walmart repNormally you all are very nice these two women were very rudeTheir response was well there is nothing we can doWHEN did customer service reps starts saying thatI have been in customer service call center work for years and I have never heard of such a thingI guess walmart assumes because they make so much money it doesn't matter about small ordersHave some damn considerations this is Christmas and people are expecting orders on timeNot only is it christmas but my son birthday is 12/
