Walmart Super Center #929

In 2014, I purchased a dryer cord. It was meant to be a 3 prong cord, but had a 4 prong cord. If anyone has ever seen them, they are just wrapped up with a brief discription in the middle, no mistaking what it is. My having just moved into my new place, having just had a heart attack, brought on by my disabilities, I mistakingly boughtt the wrong cord. I went in with the intent of merely exchanging it. When I got to customer service, I was met by a rude woman who told me to get it my self. By then I was already soaked in sweat trouble breathing as my chest was getting tight and it was on the opposite side of the store. When I finally got back to the counter, She was laughing with a co-worker about something between them, and she looked over and uttered to co-worker, "watch this". with out looking at the new cord she said it was wrong to get another one. This time I had explaine Im disabled, and just getting over a recent heart attack, and that I couldnt breathe, with chest pains that were traveling up my neck and down my left arm with tunnel vision and unsteady gait. They looked at each other, looked at me and began laughing and told me "go get another one". I walked slowly all the way back feeling ashamed and embarrassed on how I was just treated I stumbled back even worse condition. Then she looked at the package for what seemed like a half a second and accused me of stealing because they didnt sell that brand. Only I pulled it off the shelf not once but twice! then she whispered to the same co-worker I guess theres a lot of down time as she when ever I saw was just standing next to her friend im assuming them to be. After she whispered they giggled and said get"another one so I can see the brand name. By this time I had almost fallen so I took my cord back and proceeded to walk away and she said "another it thief gone". I have never in my life been treated, talked to, nor humiliated in such a disgusting manner. I then got to my house fell getting out and was rushed to the hospital, where I spent another 2 weeks as the doctor said I may have had a minor follow up heart attack by stressing my self too much too fast. I proceeded to call the store manager who did nothing. I then emailed Corporate and to this date have not heard a word. This deeply humiliating, scarry, demeaning, without any sort of human compassion, cant be ignored. as im still harassed at other stores my limitations on anything are still current and been going to therapy in most part for the way ive been treated as a disabled less than person. I I never knew what less than human felt like until this..
