December 6, To Whom it May Concern, I received the complaint from *** *** regarding our gatesUnfortunately I do not have this name listed as a resident so I am unable to reach out directlyTo the best of my knowledge our gates are functioning fullyThey are hit frequently which bumps
them off track causing them to malfunctionAll members of the team place the gate back on track every time this issue is foundWe installed the speed bumps to help prevent people from hitting the gateUnfortunately we have exhausted our options to prevent future damage but we will always be diligent in getting repairs taken care ofSometimes the repair requires an outside party and that often takes more time that would be idealI would like to remind people that gates are not a security deviceThey do not prevent crime or unwanted people from entering the propertyI would recommend always locking doors, don't keep valuables in plain sight, be aware of surrounds and please, call the police if there is any suspicious activityPlease let me know if you have any other questions or concernsSincerely, *** ***

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have not talked with anyone from the Dr's. office and have not received a $75.00 check for my cost of the two visits there. It doesn't matter to me if I speak with anyone or not but their business protocol is lacking in a big way starting with the receptionist, the unprofessionalism of the nurse who called me a liar and the doctor who didn't even sign my prescription. If they will simply reimburse me $75 I couldn't care less if I talk with someone.
P.S. I am not the only one who has complained about this office. I know a man who went to the hospital with kidney stones and they asked him to go this doctor the next morning and the receptionist said they were too busy to see the doctor and he was dying of pain and the doctor wouldn't even see him. Very unprofessional .

Review: I recently moved out from the Walnut Creek apartments with my partner [redacted] We lived there for our full duration of our lease. Upon moving out I had to complete a finishing walk through with the manager of the complex. I let her know of all the problems with the apartment including the leaking we had, the crack in the skylight window, the stains on the floor before we moved in, and the "mold" in the bedroom closet. She told me that Everything was fine and we are all good. I asked her if I would receive my deposit back and she responded "Yes, everything looks fine, you should receive it in 10 business days." I waited and waited. First my partner [redacted] received a letter stating that we will not be receiving our deposit back, however we owed them roughly 400.00 for the carpet replacement. She then Filed with the Revdex.com and she has not received anything back from walnut creek apartments. Now they are coming after me with the same letter. I had already talked to them about this issue however it was their responsibility. When I spoke to them in person they said that the carpet needed to be replaced because of the dog. Upon moving in we paid a 300.00 dollar deposit to cover any "damages" from animals. They claimed to take care of all maintenance, however while living there, it took them multiple tries to fix the leaking roof, which got all into the carpet, which left water stains, and they never fully fixed the skylight window. I believe I should not have to pay this because this was not our responsibility. They should have fixed everything properly and there would not have been any damage to the carpet. we requested that the carpet get replaced while we were living there because of water damage. they refused. I believe in justice and this is not right that they are coming after me for this. they are threatening me to put me in collections and take further action. I would appreciate if this would get handled appropriately and quickly. thank you for all of your time.Desired Settlement: I would liked this bill of 400.00 dollars to be absolved because those damages were supposed to be covered under the deposits we have paid therefore it should not be our responsibility to pay that. also I would like my full deposit back which I deserve.

Review: My Fiance and I recently moved from a 1st lake property by the name of Walnut Creek Apartments. While living there for a full 16 months we have made numerous complaints to the office regarding repair issues within out apartment. Within a few months of living there we made complaints from a leaking roof. They "repaired" it once however they did not put insulation before they place the new Sheetrock in. It continued to leak, so we made another request to have it fixed properly this time around. The office manager [redacted] stated, "since we are having the reconstruction they will be doing overall roof repairs." She had a different team come out to fix our leak, in which it had finally been resolved. However, due to the leaking we had requested that the carpet be replaced because it had gotten soaked with water and we were afraid it would turn to mold. We also noticed that in the bathroom where the circuit box was located, there was leaking coming from that as well, in which they never fixed. While out of town with our dog, when we came home we noticed there had been wires pulled out from the wall which had chewing and teeth marks on them with mice droppings all over the carpet and kitchen. At the time the renovations where taking place, the construction workers would enter our home and track dirt and muck from shoes onto carpet which we could not get up with common carpet cleaners. We once again requested that the carpet get replaced from the stains, however; nothing happened. While doing the renovations, they crack the Skylight window. This crack allowed heat to come in more, and water when it rained. We asked that the window be either replaced or fixed, they sent someone out who simply took what appeared to be a shingle from the roof and corked it over the crack but not the whole crack. we continued to make complaints about that, however; once again nothing was done to correct this. Lastly, we have pictures from each of these incandescent which we will be glad to use.Desired Settlement: We received a letter from the property stating that we owe a total of 395.89 for repairs to the carpet. when doing the final walk through the manager [redacted] stated to my fiance and father, "that it will take two to three weeks to get our deposit back, and everything was fine." when recieving this letter stating we will not get our deposit back, plus showing the amount we owe, we request that we still get our full deposit back (pet $300 security$ 200)since we already made these complaints
