Mr. [redacted],
I want nothing more than to get the mailing issue resolved for you as soon as possible. Please understand that when we receive requests to have a name and address removed from our database, they are submitted to the company...

that handles our mail and they are removed.
Luckily, because you have filed a complaint with the Revdex.com I now have your name and address. I don't know who you spoke to in our office, but we have never told anyone that it is impossible to be removed from our lists. There will be serious repercussions if I ever hear those words, because it is simply not true. I have checked all of our requests which are put into a spreadsheet as soon as I get them and I did not find your name nor your address. Now, this deeply concerns me. If you had called multiple times, then there is some sort of communication breakdown that needs to be addressed. I sincerely apologize that this matter is causing so much grief for you and myself. I can now assure you that your name and address will be deleted from our mailing list. We strive for customer satisfaction and do everything above and beyond to ensure that fact. I will make it my personal mission to ensure that this is handled in a prompt manner for you. Again, we sincerely apologize.
Thank you,

Walnut Creek Heating and Air Conditioning

I had Walnut Creek heating and air out to my home for A/C tune up for the first time, and was very happy with my appointment! the technician they sent to my was very polite, friendly, and professional. my system is 27 years old. I had just moved in into this home this year, and had no clue if my a/c had been serviced in the past. From what I experienced when turning it on for the first time, I don't think it had ever been serviced since it was installed. the technician showed me the issues that caused the a/c to not work properly and told me what can be done to fix them and gave me recommended options to help me receive better efficiency for my home. they were very reasonable pricing! I couldn't be any happier with my experience! this is the company I will always be calling for my heating and A/C needs!!!
such a great company! they took care of me and my family needs very professionally, and very promptly!

I see that new is better, then they say better change AC too that save money, today we have good deal take off $3000 in stock 80% efficient two stage AC, you pay only about $13k. Push me to make decision immediately otherwise no this deal. I agreed and give $1000 deposit that is Saturday morning. Afternoon I found they only do one brand AC that is why they ask me to change whole AC, I call them want to stop the business and give up the $1000 to add $1k more for repair, they said they order the AC and submitted permit in city for $2k (???? happy to provide a copy of the contract that he signed. This contract will be submitted with this response. When he was given instruction again on how to cancel, he refused. He then threatened to file complaints and seek legal council. He emailed a confirmation to our corporate web page and I cancelled his membership immediately even though he did not comply with the contract details. Again, his membership has been cancelled He will no longer be contacted by our company for services nor will any more services be rendered at his request.

My main objective, which was to end any further dealings with this sleazy company, has been accomplished. But I maintain that an ethical, reputable company would not seek to construct artificial barriers to prevent a customer from ending a monthly service agreement. In this electronic day and age, a requirement to require a letter be mailed or faxed is outrageous. An honest company would readily accept an e-mail or similar.
