Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I called the company and attempted to return the handle shortly after I received it and Walnut Creek Vacuum refused and the associate was extremely rude when I contacted themI am years old and thought that there was nothing else that I could doMy son and daughter order many items from [redacted] and have never had a problem with items that did not fit or they had decided against the purchaseWhen my son was here helping me with something he noticed the wrapped handle and asked me about itWhen I told him that I had tried to return it shortly after I had purchased it, he was shocked that the return had been refused and suggested I contact [redacted] again [redacted] said I had to contact the seller, which I didMy son said that Walnut Creek Vacuum had taken advantage of me as I did not know to contact [redacted] at that time Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I called before the day period and Walnut Creek Vacuum refused to allow me to return it at that timeNow they never mention my first requestI did not send an email as I called them, so I have no back up of the phone call or their refusal at that timeCertainly they say the purchase was after the day limit at this timeThey never mention I called the company during the day time frame and they refusedI suppose they have no conscience or mention of that factUnfortunately, they do not appear to make conversations available on their computer or elsewhere so they can do anything they want to doI don't live in that area or would have delivered it myself.Sincerely,*** ***

As I stated before the customer purchased the item from us in June She asked to return it over months from the date of purchaseSimply we have a day return policyWe would never take advantage of a customerWe adhere to a very reasonable day return policy
We have been in business for years and we have a record of excellent customer service both in our store and online

She asked to return it through *** days ago and her request was denied as we adhere to ***s day return policy
We did not offer a partial refund we denied the refund due to the fact that it was
purchased months ago
This is not unreasonable of us but standard policy with most companies

My son and daughter order many items from [redacted] and have never had a problem with items that did not fit or they had decided against the purchase. When my son was here helping me with something he noticed the wrapped handle and asked me about it.
