Walnuts Expressive Catering

I placed an order for lunch for May 28/14. It was to be an assortment of sandwiches including deli meats, egg salad and salmon salad as per their advertisement. At the time of pick up I asked if they could make up a veggie sandwich also. They said no problem but it ended up being a wrap with hardly any vegetables and a whole lot of mayo, but I was charged for another sandwich. The order was then for 19 people and a salad. When I served the sandwiches there was not any egg salad or salmon salad sandwiches. She received her order, but when she came to pick it up she requested an additional vegetarian sandwich which we added in at no additional charge, since we didn't really have much for nice ingredients as we weren't told ahead she wanted a veggie sandwich. [redacted] had called in a few times regarding her order previous to picking it up & didn't specify at the time any specific flavors of sandwiches,[redacted]. We provided in her order: roast beef, pork loin, turkey & ham. About 2-3 days later [redacted] called & complained that there was no egg salad in the lot of sandwiches & the veggie sandwich which she added last minute wasn't up to her satisifaction. My assistant passed on [redacted]'s email address for me to address her concerns. I emailed her that same day expressing my empathy & asked how the rest of the order was & what did she want us to do to rectify the situation. I received no response from her. Some time later [redacted] called again & said she was still upset nothing had been done to address the fact she received no egg salad in her order & my assistant told her we would refund her the cost of two sandwiches......she said she didn't want the cost recovered for that & she wasn't sure how she would feel better about the situation. Since [redacted]'s group enjoyed our lunch that day & everything was actually fine with the order (other than no egg salad & the veggie sand not being to her liking) I didn't feel any more of a refund was warranted. I heard nothing further from [redacted] until I received a letter from the Revdex.com.I would of refunded the cost of two sandwiches....since the veggie sandwich was complimentary......I thought that was fair since they ate all of our tasty creations & there was ample for her group.
