I spoke with Mr [redacted] today, he explained he has another concern with his vehicle, I instructed him to bring the vehicle in to my service department tomorrow which is the 25th and we will try to address his issues

We did in fact show the vehicle prior to repairing it so the customer was fully aware of the damage and necessary repairs. We then sublet the repairs to our body shop. Upon taking delivery the customer made a comment that the color was a shade off. The job was done professionally and not all...
substandard, but after serious scrutiny may have been slightly off. It was decided that we would wait for a period of time to see if the paint would cure better and then re inspect. We will be happy to inspect the vehicle again to see if the repairs are within reasonable expectations. If not we will be happy to have work done again. We will not however pay another body shop to re paint the vehicle as we sublet the job and our vendor is responsible to correct the problem. Also, it should be noted that there must be reasonable expectations as to how perfect that match is as it is a used car. We are not obligated to pay for a rental car but we will if the customer makes adequate arrangements, which we can discuss upon re inspection. We pride ourselves on professional work and selling the highest quality vehicles for over 30 years.
