? I am rejecting this response because: I understand that the dealer is still offering to accept payment from me to fix the issue.? He is misstating the problem - I was sold a vehicle where in the ad (which I still have a copy of), it made multiple mentions of a rear seat entertainment system (RSES).? The sales person also mentioned the rear seat entertainment system to me.? I did not bring a DVD to the test drive because I assumed that when the ad said it actually had a RSES, that it actually had one!? It is non-existent.? Since the ad mentioned the RSES, this would have been included in the sales price.? Therefore, since I paid Walser the sales price, that means I have already paid for the RSES.? They are trying to get more money from me for something that I have already paid for.? Simple.? ? I refuse to pay any additional money towards this, and if Walser rejects that, then that is fine.? My comments and reviews of Walser online and to friends will stay put if they do not fix this.? If the DVD player that I already paid for gets fixed, then I will take down all reviews and stop with any personal poor reviews of Walser.? Thank you, [redacted]

I have visited with [redacted] in the past in regards to the DVD player in the Tahoe that he purchase from Walser ChevroletThe vehicle was sold as is, with that being the case after [redacted] took delivery of the vehicle a few days later the customer discovered that the DVD player worked but the screen did not display anything on itWe brought the vehicle back in and had it diagnosed with no charge to the customerDiagnoses said that the screen was bad and needed to be replacedCost of the repair internally was over $and offered to split the cost with [redacted] feeling? it wasn't the fault of either one of us.(I offered to do the repair for $from him and we would cover the rest).? Not knowing? about the DVD player at delivery for either party involved I thought that would be fair for both of usTom said I was a lot not so pleasurable things and? was going? to? give us derogatory comments all over social mediaI would like to get this resolved with him? and would still honor the deal I offered him previously.?
