Our technician and I stayed past midnight to finish the repair on her vehicleThe work was over hours to complete as it is a new model transmission and needed a specific technician to repairWe fixed and delivered this vehicle on Nov 2nd.? We believe that the vehicle has been repaired and the issues have been resolvedOur sincere apology that getting the parts and repair took longer than expected and also that we did not communicate effectively? He made her an offer to either trade in or buyout her vehicleMs [redacted] is currently viewing the inventory online at Walser Chrysler Jeep Dodge to see if she can find a vehicle she is interested inThey agreed that this transaction needs to be completed in the next days.? David will update? us with the progress on resolving this issue

In Response - Yes I did sign the credit application but was misled with business practices by WalserAs initially stated, I walked into Walser with a pre-approved confirmation with Capital One with a very low interest rate for specific vehiclesI initially asked the sales woman if Capital One was accepted at Walser and the answer was "YES"Again, I was then informed that Walser has the "Preferred Lender" program in which again I was told by the sales woman that it would beat what I had with Capital OneI have provided the Approval confirmation # which can be corroboratedOnce again, I specifically asked the sales woman at least times if I agreed to Walser running their "Preferred Lender" inquiry how many hard inquiries would there beThe response was "1" ONEThe problem occurs not only with the mis-informed sales staff informing the customer of information times but also the lack of total visibility and transparency into the practices of the credit document I signedI specifically remember asking the questions for the last time when I sign the document, "Do you accept my Capital One Acceptance" and "How many Hard inquiries will my credit report receive"The sales woman responded "yes" and "1" respectivelyI even went on my phone after the ridiculous Walser interest rate offer to show the sales woman the approval from Capital One and even with the specific VIN #She did nothing even after she told me several times Walser works with Capital OneI honestly have no problem taking this further and filing grievances through other regulatory entitiesThe Walser Dealership is unethical in business practices and seriously lack in training effortsI know this because the sales woman I worked with said she was fairly new and just got in trouble from a transaction that occurred where she sold a car but accepted the trade in that was not in the clients nameThat can be documented as well when researchedWhy would your sales staff tell a customer they screwed up??? WowThey Screwed up with lying to me as wellMy requests for remediation remain

acts as a facilitator In such cases Walser would work to secure such finance options for customers with information provided by the customer at the time of sale however, before the financing can be finalized the lenders underwriters will review the information provided (via the dealership) from the customer This may require the buyer to provide additional supporting documents such as insurance binders, income statements, proof of residency and etcIn your situation, there was a request for more information to secure the financing and these requests were not completed in the provide time frame or with supporting data to meet the lending requirementsThis required you to return the vehicle until the required information can be provided In the event that you can meet the necessary financial requirements or provide your own outside loan source we certainly would provide you with the current Walser best price on a same or similar vehicle Regards, Charlie ***
