my full $1055 refund as he just wanted me to be happy and not to trust the business/service. He stated that there was nothing intentional that they would take advantage of me, but just a miscommunication - a simple human error. I'm happy that I was finally heard and taken care of versus feeling like I had no option but to pay for somebody else's mistake in order to get my vehicle. Thank you, [redacted]"
