I am rejecting this response because: The claim made by Walser Hyundai is not right- I did not complain of my car heating up to 3/on the gauge.I only said my AC heater was taking about to miles to kick in, and the guy at the front desk said that is normal, based on the design. However, he did not stop there, he went ahead to step on the gas(rev) repeatedly for almost minutes trying to check the relationship between how much he steps on it and how much heat comes out WHILE THE CAR WAS STATIONARY.When a stationary car is revved for that long, there is little or no air blowing the radiator for cooling, this means hot coolant circulation is done. The condition described above shouldn't damage the engine if left alone but the technician went ahead to put coolant in a heated engine coolant and I believe this must have caused uneven expansion thus, the damage mentioned by Walser, Hyundai.Having said all these, I have checked the price of a used engine and it is about 2000$ and also an external Mechanic (labor) to replace the engine will cost 1500$The total is compared to the 8200$ that Hyundai suggested. If Walser, Hyundai is not willing to fix the problem they caused, I am willing to pay for the labor cost of 1500$ while Walser, Hyundai pay for the engine cost of 2000$ in order to get this sorted asap as my asset is being tied down and I am losing money as the day goes by- wasted money I have incurred on transportation (as well as the stress involved) since the day I visited Walser, Hyundai.Thank you

Revdex.com, We have read and looked into the title issue with regards to the vehicle title that Lisa *** purchased from Walser Hyundai At the time of sale we submitted a "Conditional Registration“ with the state of MNWhat a “ Conditional Registration” means is that you are missing
a necessary document to complete the whole title transferOnce we received the Revdex.com complaint we pulled the file and noticed that the condition was never clearedWe immediately ordered a lien release from ChaseWe then we sent it into the state to clear the suspense and expedite the process. The suspense has been cleared and we confirmed that the title was printed and sent to the customer on November 3rd We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and believe that we have addressed the ***’s concerns

In response to Mr***'s comment: His Elantra was brought in on 9/to our dealership. This was the vehicle's first visit to our dealership. He stated, as outlined in his comment that he was having a heating issue on his car. Our advisor also noted in the repair order that Mr
*** stated that the temperature gauge on the car has in the past gone to 3/on the gauge. Our technicians inspected the vehicle and found that the coolant was low in the radiator. They added 1/gallon of coolant to the radiator and proceeded to "burp" the system to get the air out. Coolant came out of the radiator during this burping process and our technician began to diagnose the issue underlying this. The technician working on the vehicle did a pressure test and found the system was losing pressure, he then inserted a borescope into the engine and found there was a leak of coolant in to cylinder #At this point our service manager, Shawn, went out to speak to Mr***. He informed him of the issue and that the recommended fix would be an engine replacement. Mr*** has communicated with myself and Shawn multiple times since his visit. While I can appreciate his frustration with the situation it is our firm contention that we did not cause the issue with Mr***'s car and that this was a preexisting issue that predates his visit to our store. We are simply the messenger that is informing Mr*** of this preexisting issue. During previous conversations we have asked Mr*** what a suitable solution is in his mind. He has continued to state that he would like his engine replaced, at our expense. We have offered to waive the money due for our time diagnosing the vehicle and he has, as outlined in his comments, not accepted this as a solution

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2015/08/27) */
We have tried via phone and email reaching the customer to resolve the issue. Walser Hyundai would be happy to diagnose the issue without the $100 diagnostic charge and if the malfunction was as a result of work we performed, we will fix...

it.
This customer came in on 7/10/15 for his first and only visit to Walser Hyundai for a shifter cable c clip recall which takes 30 minutes at best and all work is performed inside the car. The gear shift cover is taken off and a c clip is installed on the shifter cable( to prevent it from coming off) and then the gear shift cover is replaced. He called on 8/20/2015 to say he has been having intermittent no start issues since we worked on his car on July 10 2015! Our service advisor told him we would check it out but if it was not related he would have to pay the customary diagnostic charge. He was offered to speak to the service manager that day since he expressed that he didn't want to pay the diagnostic fee. He declined.

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2015/08/27) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I was told that that if "they" determine it wasn't related to the service they performed from my initial visit then they would fix the problem and not charge me the diagnostic charge. However if "they" determine it wasn't their fault then I would have to pay. This business has lost any trust I had in them and under no circumstances am I bringing my vehicle back to them in fear of what they're going to mess up next.
