I am rejecting this response because: there were vehicles we looked on that day and the prices were presented to us at $20,for a Equinox LS and $20,for a Equinox LT The only confusion was in the paperwork presented No where on any of the attachments does it indicate the changed price of $22,or what we thought we were paying of $20, Page of the attachment was never presented to us and if it had been with the $22,circled, we would have noticed the changed priceAlso, the paperwork presented to us prior to us leaving to go and get our checkbook is still no where to be found That is the paperwork that showed the sale price of $20,offered by Polar Chevrolet Having or different documents with different formats is part of the reason we did not notice the changed price of $22,677.When we recently went into Polar Chevrolet and met with Mike [redacted] He advised that they did not keep track of any online sales offers Now in this response from Jim [redacted] he describes they do have a system (Automate computer system) that publishes the internet prices The misinformation that Polar Chevrolet keeps presenting is discouraging. The price was changed deliberately without us being informed The price of $20,was presented to us and part of the reason it was discounted was because it was a dealer owned vehicle with 3,miles on it For a company to behave and treat their customers like this is very disappointingI am an honest trustworthy person that was taken advantage of Our budget was set at $20k For us to go over by $was a strenuous and difficult decision We would have never agreed to paying $2,over our budget for this vehicle and Adam Smith (the sales associate) new this at the time we were looking for the vehicle. At this point it is my word against Polar Chevrolet When I went in to discuss and hopefully work out the error I was met by Mike [redacted] who did not listen to my side of the story He was covering for an employee that I originally thought made an honest mistake only to learn this was deliberately done It was my fault that I did not read the paperwork thoroughly when we came back to pay for the vehicle I assumed and was assured I was being taken care of This was not the case and is the reason I will never buy a new car againFrom any dealer Sales tactics to rush customers, paperwork presented in or different formats and actions as described above need to be reported and fellow consumers need to be aware

Response received via e-mail to Revdex.com: I am sorry that I have not responded sooner, I did not get the first notice. I have talked to Mr. [redacted] and apologized for the emails. The salesperson he worked with is no longer working here and somehow Mr. [redacted]’s request was not met. It was completely our...

fault, and he never should have been sent the marketing emails. We have not shared his email with anyone except for Mazda. His email has been removed from our marketing list and he will not get any further emails. I explained this to Mr. [redacted] with my apology. He accepted gracefully. We consider this matter closed. I am rejecting this response because: there were 2 vehicles we looked on that day and the prices were presented to us at $20,200 for a 2014 Equinox LS and $20,677 for a 2014 Equinox LT.  The only confusion was in the paperwork presented.  No where on any of the attachments does it indicate the changed price of $22,677 or what we thought we were paying of $20,677.  Page 2 of the attachment was never presented to us and if it had been with the $22,677 circled, we would have noticed the changed price. Also, the paperwork presented to us prior to us leaving to go and get our checkbook is still no where to be found.  That is the paperwork that showed the sale price of $20,677 offered by Polar Chevrolet.  Having 4 or 5 different documents with different formats is part of the reason we did not notice the changed price of $22,677.When we recently went into Polar Chevrolet and met with Mike [redacted]. He advised that they did not keep track of any online sales offers.  Now in this response from Jim [redacted] he describes they do have a system (Automate computer system) that publishes the internet prices.  The misinformation that Polar Chevrolet keeps presenting is discouraging. The price was changed deliberately without us being informed.  The price of $20,677 was presented to us and part of the reason it was discounted was because it was a dealer owned vehicle with 3,098 miles on it.  For a company to behave and treat their customers like this is very disappointing. I am an honest trustworthy person that was taken advantage of.  Our budget was set at $20k.  For us to go over by $677 was a strenuous and difficult decision.  We would have never agreed to paying $2,677 over our budget for this vehicle and Adam Smith (the sales associate) new this at the time we were looking for the vehicle. At this point it is my word against Polar Chevrolet.  When I went in to discuss and hopefully work out the error I was met by Mike [redacted] who did not listen to my side of the story.  He was covering for an employee that I originally thought made an honest mistake only to learn this was deliberately done.  It was my fault that I did not read the paperwork thoroughly when we came back to pay for the vehicle.  I assumed and was assured I was being taken care of.  This was not the case and is the reason I will never buy a new car again. From any dealer.  Sales tactics to rush customers, paperwork presented in 4 or 5 different formats and actions as described above need to be reported and fellow consumers need to be aware.

Response received via e-mail to Revdex.com: I am responding to complaint [redacted] submitted by [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] put a deposit of $100 on a 2017 Chevrolet Colorado that was in transit to our dealership. The truck took longer than expected to get here. Mr. [redacted] asked for his deposit back...

because of the delay. The deposit was on his credit card so we asked him for the credit card info so we could credit it back. We do not keep credit card numbers on file. We did  receive this info from Mr. [redacted] so we mailed a check for $100 to him on January 26th.  We are sorry that it didn’t work out. Please let me know if you need any other information from me. Thank you, Jim [redacted]General ManagerPolar Chevrolet Mazda[redacted] *White Bear Lake, MN ###-###-####

Response received via e-mail to Revdex.com: In response to [redacted]’s complaint and subsequent attempts at a resolution. The [redacted]s bought a used vehicle from us that was a personal lease return.   According to the information on Carfax which we include on all our preowned vehicles,...

there was no accident or damage reported.  Mr. [redacted] brought the front end repairs to our attention.  We offered two solutions. First, to take the vehicle back minus the title and tax which was already sent to the DMV.  Second, trade it in for the exact amount they paid on another vehicle.  They chose to purchase a new Malibu. At the time of the delivery we did put the incorrect miles on the paperwork and the vehicle was not cleaned to our, or the customer’s satisfaction.  When this was brought to our attention,  the General Manager offered to detail  the vehicle at the [redacted]’s convenience.  We had a professional detail shop do a full detail plus a wet sand and buff to address minor scratches on the truck.  We presented the detailed vehicle to the [redacted]s and after a thorough inspection they accepted the vehicles appearance and took delivery.1 ½  to 2  weeks later Mr [redacted] came back and brought up the scratches on and in the trunk again and a missing Cargo net.   Mr [redacted] was informed the Cargo net was not a standard option on the vehicle they purchased, we offered to order a cargo net free of charge.  The net was on back order, but has been shipped to the [redacted]s address.  We offered to discuss solutions for the scratches, but they said they were getting an Attorney, we have not had further contact. We have always been willing to work with customers when things do not go correctly.
