the upper hose for the radiator was leaking - so what happens is that the coolant crusts up at the base of the hosetechnician went to move hose to inspect but the hose was old and brittleWe had to order a new hose which is why the vehicle took longer than expected

Received following e-mail from Ms Dumas, indicating she'd like complaint to remain open until she has opportunity to verify that refund amounts are correct, etc.:
"Still working out the financial debit or credit amounts to me from Walser Toyota at this point and my credit union
I am talking over the details with wings my credit union as their payoff balance and what I should have received from Walser for my tracheck amount
I will get back to you next week whether or not the figures and the money I received from Walser Toyota were correct or not
If possible hold off from contacting Walser Toyota until I can send you more information and any necessary paperwork

I will keep you informed as soon as I know any monetary outcome
