Dear: [redacted] ***,Thank you for bring [redacted] 's problem to meI am sorry to say that the cause of [redacted] 's problem resulted from one of my office staff not responding to our customer in a timely fashionWe have taken appropriate action concerning this employeeApproximately three weeks ago [redacted] contacted our emergency answering serviceThe customer's power was out and the generator failed to startA technician was dispatched within the hourOur technician was working in the rain and attempted to see if the problem was minor in natureDue to the weather and the fact that [redacted] Energy had restored power it was agreed between the customer and the technician that he could come back at another timeThe technician turned over the paperwork to the office person in question and asked that this be rescheduledThe staff member did reschedule and did not answer emails which were sent to her company emailreceived your letter Friday afternoonIt is the first that time that I was made aware that this situation had occurredThis morning at 9:AM went to the [redacted] 's residence personally and initiated warrantee repairs on the unitPlease see for your records a copy of the work order signed by the customer and the warrantee claim filed with [redacted] Power Systems for the work performedIn order to work with the customer further gave [redacted] my company cellphone number so he can contact me directly.Yours Truly,Richard W
