I had a clogged drain and a pipe leak a day before Victoria Day I called about plumbing companies at 6pm and only Mr Rooter had a prompt response to my queries: Do you charge extra after hours, weekends, or holidays? No How soon can you come by? I am swamped til 2am the next day, but I'll make sure that my colleague will be there at 10am Although there was an address mishap, the serviceman came at 1050am He was courteous and assured me that everything will be taken care ofHe's efficient, knew what he's doing, made sure that there's no leak anymore, unclogged my sink, and cleaned upHe even checked the pipes and drains of other sinks, toilets, tub, hot water tank, and washerI was worried that he might hide the after hours extra charge somewhere on the invoice, but he showed me Mr Rooter's price listI was sure that what he charged me was legitI even bought a lifetime advantage plan because his service was beyond my expectationI hope that all of Mr Rooter's service men are all like him just so when I'd need a service years from now, I'd get the same service as what Zane provided
