In response to the letter from Mr James ***When we went to the customers cottage to preform the work on his pontoon it was on the trailer so we could not test the trolling motor and installed it as the instructions statedIncluding the wiring and location of the trolling motor bracketIncluded in the price he showed you was labor and wiring of a fish locator, repair of a radio and installation of a horn not just installing the trolling motorAt the time we where done with the job the trolling motor was not hooked to the dual battery system because Mr [redacted] did not have good batteries so the problem could have easily been how the batteries where connectedMr [redacted] did not give us fair time to look at the problem he took it to a competitor and was told there was problems I feel we do not owe Mr ***s for any work we completed

I asked Adam if I should drop the boat, he told me noIf he needed it off the trailer to properly Mount the trolling motor it only takes a couple minutes as it is a pontoon boat on a scissors trailer, very easy to doNot sure what instructions you install them to as there are no instructions for installing this unit on a pontoon boat in the manual either way it was not installed correctlyWrong size wire no fuse and sold wrong plugsThe plug was purchased from your "competitor" by Adam because he forgot the plug along with the new batteries he was supposed to install this is the reason I brought it there to have it tested if you actually knew the problems or cared or understand electrical you would know it has nothing to do with the way the batteries were hooked upThe rest of the work performed was not up to par horn installed under Helm can hear it ft in front of the boat but very loud for the driver wires hanging down on trailer large birds were holes drilled through Aluminum deck wearing on wires from vibration not to mention damage to boat from extra holes drilled in wrong locations this is the worst experience I have had dealing with a service provider

Dear Sir; *** had an emergency situationHe had a sewer system that was put in and had tree roots going in to system. We suggested he replace septic tank which we think is rotted and also the baffles inside tank needs to be replacedHe needed a whole new septic systemHe did
not feel he could afford it that that time, so we did a temporary fix. The weather at that point was changing to that extreme cold. Normally in North Dakota we have some snow cover which insulated the earth some prevented freezing. We did not have the snow and we had extreme cold weatherIn a weather situation this would probably worked but it was not a winter weather. He made the decision not to replace septic tank and get a permanent system running. Any system can break down depending on situation and conditionWe cannot guarantee a temporary system, nor can we guarantee the weather FD Walsh’s Inc *** R Walsh
