trips times complaining.First time on this siteDisney world orlando has gone down hill in my opinion.Last trip with my husband was 11/18-11/of this year .First issue I was hurt I fell into and over a sma) table that was placed in center of room.Called manager at thr Fort Wilderness Resort ans Campground .I was very kind ,just asking where I could purchase an.ace bandage for my knee .Took me phone calls ,endless rude cast members /mangers to finally contact a night supervisor named chris who gave me a refund on our trip..nothint that could replace our horrible experience or even get us back to Disney bit he had enough of me calling and.my.vacation was ruined Then we spent days with pest.control .First day they sprayed foam ..second day cockroach es were dying and crawling out of cabinets , up walls in sink /dishes ..Day We Left We Spent TIME WITH pest.CONTROL WHO CAME To scoop at least dozen or more roaches out of the sink .Yes I have picturesThese were not palmetto bugs they were dirty disgusting cockroaches.Not once we're we offered another cabin or another resort .We were just labeled as chronic complainer wanting money .The refund we recieved in fact amy refund we have or would recieve goes right back.to Disney ..This is a health concern ..No.sleep who could sleep with bugs everywhere ? Limuted park time (we were exhausted sleeping in.chairs and living room area .Over a night for a dirty bug infested room .I cannot get a response from.DisneyI've tried I HAVE.NOT POSTED PICTURES I thought it would be unkind of me .I payed thousands of dollars for a "magical vacation " what I recieve was a miserable days .Disney does not care

I vacationed in Disney from Oct 1-9, 2016, at the Pop Century Resort. I had the worst ever time of my life. FIrst off I have saved for 2 years to take this vacation with my Special Needs son. I were never treated so badly in all my life by the transportation Department ([redacted]). One driver refused to take us to the resort stating he could not just take to people back he needed a full bus load. This same driver the next day made my son (Special Needs who is in a wheelchair, walk up the steps with my assistant and then have me go back and carry the wheelchair which is 75 pounds, because HE felt that he didn't need to use the wheelchair ramp. This same driver accused me of stealing this wheelchair from the part. I showed him where I rented this wheelchair from Oct 4-8, 2016 from a private company and it was a $30 a day rental and that I was to return it back to my hotel when completed. He said I just made the sign up. Then when we got back to the resort he refused to lower that wheelchair ramp and left us off. Again I had to help my son off the bus and then go and carry the wheelchair off. I took a picture of the bus and bus number so I could report this. I then got on another bus and while waiting he kept yelling at me to get off the bus. I refused. He then called the other driver off the bus and they chatted. When we finally got to the park, that driver then told me that Disney doesent like fat people. my son is overweight due to his many medical condtions that he has and his medications has put weight on him. But not so much that I cant push him in his chair Im only 5'1 and 150 pounds and he is 5'8 and 260 pounds. That driver said that I needed to just stuff him in a smaller chair, I explained he would be uncomfortable and this was the same size chair he had at home. Again he said Disney don't like fat people. Several people on the bus overheard these conversations and they were reporting the drivers for the way they treating us. My son sat and cried and said they laughed at him. He don't understand a lot due to being Mental Handicapped as well as physically but he knows when someone does make fun. It rained the entire time we were their, and I mean rained. You cannot push someone with many medical issues in the rain therefore, we didn't go to the parks or use the hopper passes that I had purchased. I was reimbursed $30. I had purchased a 6 day plus hopper pass for the parks, but do to the heavy rains we couldn't use them. I also had the dining plan which we did not get to use because our Hotel ran out of food. Yes rand out of food, I contacted the manager of the food court and he said they had brought in 2 other Disney resorts plus local people and all the workers to stay and they were not prepared, and besides you should not have booked during Hurrican season. I had no idea when hurricane season is. Im not from Florida. One full day the park was closed and I understand the safety of that, we were reimbursed for only $30 for the 2 tickets that day. I aksed if our food plan could be extended due to the fact we had to pay to stay another night and stil lhad 8 meals and 8 snacks that we had not used due to the fact that we didn't get to use them at the resort as planned becaused taking someone who is handicapped out to go to Disney Springs is a Big chore. and also beause they never had anything but hamburgers fries and chicken nuggets. We were also told on Thursday the resort would not open the food court until 8pm that night and at noon found out the opened as planned early am. This was the most expensive, Horrible, unfriendly rude vacation experience I have ever had. On Saturday we got to go to the park and was refused to see some on t the shows because we did not have fast pass. I didn't think you needed fast pass with a disabled person. I felt so bad that my son had to endure the rude behavior of these so called Disney workers. I have been to Disney with him in the past and it was a wonder experience. This time, was nothing but nightmare. I spend 85% of my time consoling him due to the rude behavior of the people at the parks. I will give a thumbs up to [redacted] transporation. They did call me back and say they would take care of the bus situation. I don't want anyone fired but hey this is DISNEY where was this MAGICAL EXPEREINCE that was to be felt.
But to not have food choices really peeves me and then not to extend our food plan for 1 day. This was already prepaid in my reservations. That plain sucks showing that DISNEY is just all about the money. for $4300. I was robbed by DISNEY. I do hope someone from Disney replies to this message and can help me feel better about all of this. I had not been on a vacation for over 6 years with my son due to his many chronic illnesses and medical condition, this was such a let down. I wanted to see him smile and laugh but all I got from his was tears and bouts of depression. This was most likely his last vaca

My family and I had initiated a Disney World vacation in June, 2016. I was assisted by a Disney representative as I was doing it because we have never used the Disney Dining Plan before and I wanted to make sure I was selecting the right items. I paid a $200 deposit with the remaining payment amount by the end of June. I received a Disney invoice stating these arrangements. Our vacation included a 3 night stay at the Caribbean Beach Resort (Sunday July 24th - Tuesday July 26th) with a Wednesday departure. It included Disney Park Hopper Passes for 3 people along with a Deluxe Dining Plan for each as well.
When we arrived early Sunday morning at the Caribbean Beach Resort, we notified them of our arrival, they made sure our tickets/bracelets/dining plan were functioning and off we went to Epcot. When we first used our dining plan at Epcot, we noticed that the dinner receipt only included 18 dining credits when it should have included 27. When we arrived back at the hotel for check-in, I spoke to the concierge who assisted me and noted the mistake and credited me an additional 9 dining credits. She was very helpful and told me that the Disney reservation folks have often messed up people's vacation plans and said she wished people could book directly with the hotel vs. go through that department because of the number of errors they have to fix. I then went over to the hotel side of things and the representative told me that our reservations were only for 2 days instead of 3 and felt terrible about the situation. It was late at night and she suggested that I just book an extension night, don't let this interrupt our vacation any further, and when we get back home to call Disney, show proof of the invoice, and have this extra night credited back to our account.
Once we got back, I contacted Disney World and was met with some very unsatisfactory customer service which was very shocking to me...they just seemed very disinterested in wanting to help out. I was actually hung up on when I had asked how to spell the name of a customer service supervisor. I made another attempt to try and rectify the situation but despite even Disney having a copy of the invoice that shows arrival Sunday and departure on Wednesday, they said it was some type of system glitch on their end but still said they couldn't do anything...unbelievable!
I found this response utterly shameful on their behalf and left me no alternative than to dispute this charge. I only booked that additional night with the assumption it was a system issue and confidently assured that I would be credited back this amount once I showed proof that my travel plans did in fact include a 3 night stay (Sunday - Wednesday which is just what the Disney Invoice stated).
