I am rejecting this response because:
It is completely inaccurate to the events that occurred on that dayThis man cursed at me, never provided his name only a nickname, and refused to look into the incidentIn addition to providing him with my name, I provided my policy number and stated experiationndate which is why he even has that informationThis man is a liar and should not be trusted with the things he is sayingI contacted MAIF Who insisted they have not spoken with this man regarding my concernThey would not become involved in a civil matter concerning Discount AutoWhen I spoke with this man he indicated he did NOT have any records from that far back and even questioned me why would heHe is rude, arrogant, egotistical, and no one should ever do business with this manHe is ripping people off and now I am in debt because he has stollen money from me via a third party credit card company.

5/14/15Dear [redacted]I think if you look at your records you will not see my name or the company that I own have any complaints. [redacted] has not been insured with my office for seven years.During our chat which went on for several phone calls, he never even provided me with his name after...
me asking for it many times. I did hang up on him because of lack of cooperation. He called back with more rants. I told him that I would block his number from coming in and was threatened with “I have iots of phone numbers” After my chat with him he then called the carrier he was insured with. (this office is an agency) I got a call from the Maryland Automobile Insurance Fund and was provided his name and discovered that there may have been an issue being uninsured in the state of Marylandstarting in late May, 2008. He spoke with an underwriter by the name of [redacted]. He insisted that he has made payments for June through August 2008 and this office has no such documentation of same. If that can be proved there may be a discussion to be had. If what prompted his phone call was an issue with the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration, there is little to talk about. He chose not to renew his insurance effective 5/23/08. This office tried on several occasions to have the insured continue coverage. It is only by chance that I still have his file. I am required to maintain files for only five years after they expire. If all he wants from me is a phone call than, I can be reached at ###-###-####Stu C
